Team and Role Management

Collaborate efficiently with your team.

Set up your team:

  1. Select "Settings" in the main menu.
  2. Click inside "Team"

Invitation link:

  • Share a unique link that allows new members to join your team.

Roles and permissions:


  • Owner: Full access, including billing and advanced settings.
  • Administrator: Manages users and settings, except billing.
  • Executive: Limited access to operational functions, such as quotes and clients.

Modify roles:

  • In "Team", select a member and assign the desired role.

Remove someone from the team:

  • Click on the user and select "Remove".
