How to View, Edit, and Manage a Quote
It is important to be able to access and modify your quotes according to your clients' needs. Here we explain how to do it:
View a quote
- Access "Quotes":
Log in and select "Quotes" from the main menu.
Find the quote:
- Use the search bar or filters to locate it by number, client, or date.
- Click on the quote to see the details.
Edit a quotation:
Open the quotation you want to edit.
Select "Edit":
Click on the "Edit" button or the pencil icon.
Make the necessary modifications:
- Add or remove products.
- Adjust quantities or prices.
- Save the changes:
- Click on "Save" or "Update quotation".

How to approve or reject a quotation?
Managing the status of your quotations is essential for effective tracking.
Approve a quotation:
- Receive the client's quotation:
- Update the status:
- Access "Quotations" and open the corresponding one.
Click on "Mark as approved".
Confirm the approval:
- The status will be updated and you can proceed with the next step of the sales process.
Reject a quotation:
- Update the status:
- Open the quotation in question.
- Click on "Mark as Cancelled".
