How to View, Edit, and Manage a Quote

It is important to be able to access and modify your quotes according to your clients' needs. Here we explain how to do it:


View a quote


  1. Access "Quotes":
    • Log in and select "Quotes" from the main menu.

      Find the quote:

    • Use the search bar or filters to locate it by number, client, or date.
    • Click on the quote to see the details.

Edit a quotation:

  1. Open the quotation you want to edit.

    Select "Edit":

    • Click on the "Edit" button or the pencil icon.

      Make the necessary modifications:

    • Add or remove products.
    • Adjust quantities or prices.
  • Save the changes:
    • Click on "Save" or "Update quotation".

How to approve or reject a quotation?

Managing the status of your quotations is essential for effective tracking.

Approve a quotation:

  1. Receive the client's quotation:
  • Update the status:
    • Access "Quotations" and open the corresponding one.
    • Click on "Mark as approved".

      Confirm the approval:

    • The status will be updated and you can proceed with the next step of the sales process.

Reject a quotation:

  1. Update the status:
    • Open the quotation in question.
    • Click on "Mark as Cancelled".

  • Follow-up: Keep communication with the client to address concerns and potentially adjust the quote.
  • Analysis: Use this information to improve your proposals and approval rates.
  • Send a copy: If you edit a submitted quote, notify the client about the changes.
