How to Approve or Cancel a Quote

Manage the status of your quotes efficiently.

Approve a quote:

  1. Access the details of the quote.
  2. Click on "Approve".
  3. The quote will change to the status "Approved" and the corresponding client will be notified.

Reject a quote:

  1. Within the quote, select "Reject".
  2. Optionally, add comments about the rejection.
  3. The client will receive a notification with the provided information.
